2. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
New Customers
New customers are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of their initial purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Situations
Service-Related Issues
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Significant service downtime (more than 48 hours in a month)
- Failure to provide agreed-upon service specifications
- Technical issues that prevent normal server operation for extended periods
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellation due to our Terms of Service violations by other users affecting your service
Partial Refunds
In cases of extended downtime or service issues, we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits based on the duration of the service disruption.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Voluntary cancellation after the 24-hour guarantee period
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Account suspension due to Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Partial months or unused portions of monthly billing cycles
- Add-on services (additional RAM, storage, etc.)
- Domain registration fees
- Setup or migration fees
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after the billing date
- Abuse of refund policy (multiple refund requests, chargebacks, etc.)

6. Processing Times and Methods
Refund Processing Times
- Credit Card: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Methods

9. Data and File Recovery

Data Retention
We retain server data for 30 days after account termination. During this period, you can request data recovery for an additional fee. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
10. Subscription and Recurring Billing
Cancellation Process
- Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard
- Services remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months after the 24-hour guarantee period
- Cancellation prevents future billing but doesn't refund current charges
Upgrade/Downgrade Policies
- Upgrades are prorated and billed immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds for downgrades within the same billing period
11. Special Circumstances
Emergency Situations
In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Business Closures
In the unlikely event that Blockhead Hosting ceases operations, all customers will receive at least 60 days notice and prorated refunds for unused services.
